The Ultraprobe 2000 can be used in practically every facility and industry, providing maintenance staff with a powerful, fault-finding and predictive maintenance tool.

The probe makes it possible to detect a range of faults including electrical arcing, corona and partial discharge, vacuum, pressure and gas leaks, as well as cracks in tubes and vessels. Other inspection applications include: valves, valve stems, steam traps, line-blockage, heat exchangers, boilers, condensers, pump cavitation and gearboxes, as well as bearing monitoring. Making use of ultrasound, bearing failure can be detected long before the traditional heat and vibration methods - and it has proven successful on slow moving bearings. All functions can be performed safely while machinery is online.

The Ultraprobe 2000 is intrinsically safe and an additional digital unit is also available with both downloading and software facilities.
