Inductive – miniature housings
Engineers are often faced with a particular need for sensors that fit into small areas or spaces. The Xecro Inductive – Miniature Series, include self-contained sensors which range in size from Ø3 mm to M5, including square-sectional sensors of 5x5 mm. The series is manufactured with built-in LED indicators, short circuit proof output drivers and reverse polarity protection.
Inductive – ultra metal face
Sensors based on ultra metal face technology are one of the latest innovations from Xerco. These sensors are constructed with an ultra-thick sensing face, made of stainless steel and have been designed to withstand even the heaviest mechanical impacts. The specific advantage of these sensors is to enable application engineers to achieve perfect positioning precision.
These sensors have been down tuned to short sensing distances of 1 mm on ferrous and non-ferrous metal (Factor-1). The combination of industry robustness and a precise switching point offers a completely unique solution.
