Durag’s D-UG 120 control unit

The Durag D-UG 120 is a highly reliable self-monitoring and fail-safe control unit for monitoring gas, oil and coal flames in conjunction with the Durag UV, UV+IR or IR flame sensors, primarily in single burner view applications.

Suitable for intermittent, continuous and 72 h operation according to TRD 604, the control unit has an LED display and can be installed on a DIN rail.

The D-UG 120 analyses the flame radiation via the signal from the connected flame sensor and the easy to read LED displays indicates the operational status of the flame monitor. The flame intensity is present as a current 0/4 to 20 mA output for further analysis.

Typical applications include power stations, refineries, cement plants, steam generators and heating plants.
