The salt spray test chambers SC/KWT from Weiss Umwelttechnik comply with the relevant national and international standards such as DIN, ISO, ASTM, DEF and MIL-STD and can be characterised by their environmentally friendly design. They are absolutely corrosion-proof, have low energy requirements and are almost entirely built from recyclable materials. There are two sizes to choose from, 450 and 1000 litre models both of which are capable of performing the following tests: salt fog test, condensed water test and standard climates.
The Weiss SC/KWT series allows selected and reproducible accelerated corrosion testing. The corrosion resistant housing is manufactured from recyclable polyethylene. An advantage while working with heavy or bulky test specimens is the wide-angle test chamber hood that allows for loading from the top, which may even be lifted into the test chamber by crane.
The user can determine the program sequence, duration and number of cycles of the test procedure. The salt spray test chambers are equipped with a self monitoring, digital 32-bit measuring and control system, which can be integrated into any computer network
