Direct mass measurement
Because mass is unaffected by changes in pressure or temperature, mass measurement is the most accurate way to measure flow. And an accurate way to measure mass is to measure it directly using Micro Motion's Coriolis meters. Unlike volumetric devices that require additional pressure and temperature devices to convert to mass, a single Micro Motion meter does it all, with greater accuracy. Using Micro Motion Coriolis, you will dramatically improve the accuracy and repeatability of your flow measurements and reduce the number of devices you need to install and maintain - all of which improve your profitability.
Measure density - on-line
Micro Motion sensors provide accurate, on-line density measurement that offers a realtime 'window' into the process. Using the Micro Motion density measurement, the user can determine specific gravity, concentration, %solids, %HFCS, °Brix, °Plato, °Balling, °Baumé, °API, net oil, water cut, and other industry standard units. Micro Motion has over 30 000 meters installed in density applications - some in the most demanding process applications.
