Adroit Technologies’ managing director, Dave Wibberley, has been elected as chairman (2014/2015) by the Industrial Instrumentation Group (IIG) of South Africa.

The IIG is made up of senior representatives from various automation and instrumentation companies in South Africa, with the objective of promoting the interests of the suppliers to the benefit of the industrial market. Wibberley comments, “It is indeed a privilege to have been chosen to represent the rest of the group and I shall look at ways of growing the representation to include other companies in our industry. In addition, forging closer ties with the SAIMC and other bodies will also remain an important aspect in our portfolio.”
