Ultrasonic sensors

Pepperl+Fuchs is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of ultrasonic sensors. The new F77 series cubic miniature sensors in a standard enclosure are easy to operate and have a range of up to 400 mm with only a small blind range. Sensors from the F77 series are suitable for sheet travel monitoring and paper stack alignment. Another feature is the UDC double sheet control, which operates across a wide material range without requiring teach-in. Pepperl+Fuchs products are characterised by simple operation and a high degree of reliability. The presence of reflective or transparent objects is reliably detected, even in applications where large quantities of paper dust or powder are generated.

Miniature photoelectric sensors for precision edge detection

For the first time, Pepperl+Fuchs presents optical background suppressors from the ML10 series in an extremely compact cubic design with dimensions comparable to fibre-optic sensors. The sensors feature a very high degree of switching accuracy and extremely sharp background suppression. Infrared light and a glass panel ensure reliable operation even in dusty conditions. ML10 sensors are therefore ideal for precision object and edge detection, especially in sheet feeders, and supplement the precision sensors from the ML4.2 series perfectly.

Inductive sensors

Pepperl+Fuchs offers inductive sensors from existing standard designs to the most compact cubic (F79) and cylindrical (D3, M4) packages customised for individual applications. These sensors are synonymous with reliable non-contact detection – even in oily or dusty environments.
