WIKA’s air2guide measuring instruments for ventilation and air-conditioning applications are designed for the requirements of ventilation systems for industrial and administrative premises, and for manufacturers of ventilation and air-conditioning equipment. The instruments have to be installed in line with the ventilation and air-conditioning directive on filter monitoring and are available in all required sizes and measuring ranges.
Key benefits of the air2guide instruments:
* Easy to install and remove without tools.
* Up to 50% time saving during installation compared with conventional models.
* Advanced design and optimised packaging for the target market.
With air2guide, WIKA offers a comprehensive range of measuring instruments for ventilation and air-conditioning applications. The portfolio includes differential pressure measuring instruments (mechanical and electronic), an inclined tube manometer, a differential pressure switch and a differential pressure transmitter. These instruments are primarily used for monitoring filters and ventilators. In addition an air flow meter and an air velocity transmitter for measuring the volume flow and the air velocity in air ducts and air-conditioning systems are available. Using a frost protection thermostat additionally prevents frost damage to the heat exchangers by monitoring the air-side temperature.
In addition the duct/immersion temperature sensor and the temperature and humidity sensor are available to measure the temperature and humidity in ventilation and air-conditioning systems. The airbox combination, which consists of a mechanical differential pressure gauge and a differential pressure switch, is suitable for filter monitoring.
The range is completed by an air quality sensor for volatile organic compounds (VOC) and a sensor used to measure the carbon dioxide content in the air.
