Transmitter for very high pressure ranges

BD|SENSORS has introduced its high pressure transmitter, DMP 304, which records pressures of up to 6000 bar and delivers precise results with an accuracy of 0,5% FSO in accordance with IEC 60770. High performance and durability, in particular under extreme load change conditions, was stipulated from the beginning and experience gained over 20 years of pressure measurement technology development had a direct influence on the mechanical and electrical design.
Hardened and tempered stainless steels without welded seams provide the basic structure of the transmitter. The special material treatment and the conditioned ageing under pressure and temperature guarantee a long operating life. Analogue output signals, combined with a large number of electrical and mechanical connection options make it suitable for a variety of applications including hydraulic systems, high pressure water jet cutting, crude oil production and
hydro-forming.
The DMP 304 is optionally available in an ATEX version for use in explosive environments.
