tna brings efficient packaging and processing to Propak

October 2011 News

tna, stand B1, Propak Cape, Cape Town International Convention Centre, Cape Town, 25–27 October 2011.

tna will be showcasing its portfolio of cutting edge packaging systems at Propak Cape 2011. Visitors can learn more about the company’s latest innovations, designed to improve performance while delivering simplicity and flexibility to the manufacturing process. On stand highlights will include the most recent developments to the tna roflo portfolio of distribution and conveyors and the tna robag 3c baggers and multihead scales.

tna roflo 3 horizontal motion conveyor, a totally reversible system which offers users complete control over product speed and direction with almost instant response to control signals. tna is the only supplier to offer both horizontal and vibratory motion conveyors. Visitors can discover how they can be used alone or in combination to deliver the most cost-effective conveying system on the market.

The tna robag 3c vertical form, fill and seal (VFFS) bagger will be on show. Operating at unrivalled speeds of up to 250 bags per minute, the bagger is suitable for use with a wide range of bag sizes and formats and for a variety of applications – snacks and powders for example. Importantly, the high performance levels offered by the tna robag 3c can be achieved with less energy consumption enabling manufacturers to reduce their carbon footprint and improve their sustainable credentials.

“As an important event in the packaging industry calendar, Propak Cape affords tna a great opportunity to engage with our customers, partners and suppliers and present our latest technologies,” comments Kelesh Maharaj, regional sales manager. “At tna, we are committed to developing revolutionary systems which respond to the exact needs of our customers, whatever their requirements and whatever their sector. We are excited about demonstrating how our latest machines can address a host of manufacturing challenges right across the food industry at Propak Cape 2011.”
