Instrotech now markets the Amprobe TACH20, a handheld tachometer that accurately measures rotational or surface speed as well as length. An ideal application is for beltweigher speed measurement.
The instrument has a large LCD display that allows easy reading and a built-in memory function permits automatic storage of maximum, minimum, average values plus the last measurement displayed. There is an auto power off function.
The TACH20 is designed with optimal mechanical stability to ensure accurate, reliable, and repeatable measurements. In addition to the mechanical adapter that accepts a variety of tips, and the surface speed wheel for contact rpm measurements, it can perform non-contact measurement using the infrared function.
A carry case and user manual is supplied as standard.
