The MXD70 series of process instruments from LTH Electronics has a modular design to meet the changing requirements of analytical process measurement.
The series offers the MXD73 Compact 96 DIN IP66 panel mount option or the MXD75 IP66 surface /pipe mount version. A 3¾ QVGA backlit LCD display provides a clear indication of single or multiple measurements. The measurement parameters include contacting conductivity, electrodeless conductivity, pH, redox and dissolved oxygen. Up to three measured parameters with temperature readings can be displayed together.
The instruments have user selectable bar graph display options with plug-and-play card detection for simple measurement and output expansion upgrades. There is an SD card interface for saving the configuration and simplifying software updates. Base models include two relay outputs and a single isolated 4-20 mA current output. They can be expanded up to six relay outputs and six isolated 4-20 mA current outputs. The relays are fully configurable including on/off, time or pulse proportional operation.
There are eight independent programmable digital inputs with user selectable operations. There is also a dedicated error page providing up to date controller status. The series comes with 85-265 V or 18-32 V supply options (AC or DC).
