MTM Power’s modular chargers of the BLG series are equipped with a microcontroller. They are available with an output power of 650, 1300 or 2000 W and are free scalable. The units have been designed for the use in automobile applications for charging lead-acid batteries. Supply for vehicles with 12/24 V operating voltage can be catered for with these devices. By implementing five freely programmable charging curves, a high level of flexibility is ensured for different battery types from various manufacturers. All models of the series are available with PFC (power factor correction) which enables a power factor 0,99. The devices are supplied in a closed metal case with IP20 rating and dimensions 386 x 325 x 134 mm. They are cooled by an internal fan under supervision of the microcontroller.
