In response to the growing demand for narrower DIN rail mounted power supplies, MEAN WELL has introduced the WDR family with single phase input range. WDR-120 is a 120 W AC/DC slim DIN rail power supply with high efficiency equipped for 180 to 550 VAC single phase input. It can be used in a general power system for single phase 230 VAC input, or can capture one phase from the 330-550 VAC three-phase power system for increased flexibility of deployment.
Up-to-date circuit design enables efficiency up to 92% and 120 W continuous output at 60°C ambient using only convection cooling. The slim design (40 mm in width) saves space on the rail. Standard functions include DC OK relay contact, power on LED indicator, as well as protection for short-circuit, overload, over-voltage, and over-temperature. WDR-120 series comply with UL/CUL/CE safety standards and also meet the EMC requirements for heavy industrial immunity level (EN61000-6-2). Applications include industrial control system, semiconductor fabrication equipment, factory automation, electro-mechanical applications, and marine-related installations.
