The new CPC 3000 high-speed pressure controller/calibrator is well on its way to becoming one of Mensor’s top selling products. It is similar to the company’s popular line of automated pressure calibrators, yet different in significant ways:
* Low cost (0,025% accuracy) alternative to the higher accuracy devices.
* Compact pressure control with a handle for portability, suitable for use in pressure testing as well as calibration applications.
* High-speed control – it controls to a set-point in less than 3 seconds for a 10% step. Even in manual mode, this allows a 10 point calibration in less than one minute.
* Ranges up to 70 bar.
High-speed control, an accuracy of 0,025% of full scale, and pressure ranges up to 70 bar make this an ideal solution for production environments where speed is essential. With the added bonus of a colour touch screen, intuitive menu structure (with Jog and Step functions) and quiet operation, this unique calibrator is also well equipped for calibration labs where an increase in productivity is required.
Remote operation can be accomplished via IEEE-488, USB or Ethernet communication interfaces.
