Datasensor provides a cost-effective, simple solution for visual control with the SVS series of vision sensors. SVS vision sensors are highly flexible and versatile, and can be implemented to solve the most varied of industrial applications. The products have been used in quality, position, vision, presence and part orientation control as well as product counting, barcode control, label positioning and shape control.
SVS vision systems have been employed to great effect in the pharmaceutical industry to ensure that pills and tablets are placed in every cavity in product packaging by using a brightness control. The systems have also been used in checking product orientation in the manufacture of drive shafts by using SVS sensors to measure the widths of the shafts as they enter the work station. The shafts are different widths on each side, and by measuring the width, an automated solution can be developed to discard shafts which enter the work station facing the wrong direction.
SVS vision sensors provide a highly adaptable platform for industrial vision sensing applications.
