Instrotech’s new addition to its range of load cells is a low profile off centre single point model sourced from Vishay Celtron.
Designed for platform scales and hanging scales, the Model LOC is a cost-effective load cell for scales of simple construction. Suitable applications include packaging machines,in-motion check weighers, belt or conveyor scales and dosing or filling. Capacities are from 5 to 1000 kg and platform sizes of 40 x 60 cm.
Constructed of anodised aluminium, the units are environmentally sealed up to IP66 levels providing excellent protection against moisture and humidity.
The LOC holds accuracy approval NTEP Class III 5000S from 5 to 500 kg, OIML C3 approval from 5 to 500 kg and OIML C6 approval from 500 to 1000 kg. As an option, FM approval in IS Class I, II, III; Div 1 Group A-G is available.
