Temperature Controls has expanded its range of vibration modules and industrial vibration sensors to provide users with more effective on-line protection systems in a wider choice of configurations.
The modules can transmit their output parameters to a PLC if required
The HS-420 Series accelerometer and HS-510 vibration module have been designed to provide constant monitoring on critical machinery. The HS-510 provides two pre-programmable trip alarms and displays; excess vibration on start-up is catered for by a power-on-delay during which the alarms are inoperative. The units are available for din-rail mounting, or, if required, they can be supplied in an industrial enclosure complete with power supply. Additional options include a flashing light/klaxon alarm and engraved front panel details.
Where both velocity and bearing condition must be measured, this can be provided using an HS-100 Series sensor combined with an HS-530 module, which provides triple outputs including an AC g-force component for in-depth analysis. The system is completed by the HS-510 for display and trip alarms.
