DEHN gains SABS approval

DEHN’s PHE III voltage detectors, PHV two-pole phase comparators and DEHNcap voltage detecting systems have gained the SABS mark of approval. The products, from Surgetek’s HV division, have gained product certification to national and international standards providing the user with quality, reliability and dependability.

The electronic PHE III voltage detectors have a 3,3 kV to 132 kV/50 Hz nominal voltage rating and are suitable for testing switchgear installations and overhead lines.

Type PHV two-pole phase comparators offer safe and reliable operation while testing for in-phase conditions in three-phase electrical systems with voltages up to 36 kV/50 Hz.

The modular DEHNcap voltage detecting systems verify the safe isolation from the supply voltages on all phases of metal enclosed switchgear installations where it is not possible to use conventional voltage detectors. The system includes active and passive voltage detectors, voltage detector test units, phase comparators and interface testers.
