One way that a company assures clients that it offers a good product or service is through a quality stamp of approval. Iritron has just achieved ISO 9001:2000 accreditation by the TUV Rheinland organisation; bringing the company’s market offerings in line with the German standards organisation.
At the end of August the company had further reason to celebrate – the launch of the new company logo. The circle in the logo symbolises the organisation’s global expansion and the company now has client bases in Africa and the USA. Growth has been rapid over the last eight years, since inception in January 2000 with four employees – today that number is closer to 80.
Alwyn Rautenbach, the managing director of Iritron, invited Gavin Sharples to deliver an inspirational speech during a celebratory breakfast held to mark these achievements. Gavin wove an inspirational message about the values we should have as human beings. He made us laugh about ourselves while he at the same time made us think about how we live or should live our lives and have fun both at home and in our workplaces.
