Varispeed, a division of Hudaco Trading, has a new-look website. The upgrade is a noticeable improvement and provides a much more extensive data platform for both visitors and customers, says Rolf Lung, general manager of Varispeed. The layout and menu system is easier to navigate and the appearance of the site is now crisp and clean, making it user friendly and pleasant for the engineering environment.
Improvements include a member's download area containing most product brochures and full instruction manuals. Industry of today demands that this type of data is readily and publicly available. In the event that customers require other data which may be too big to send via e-mail, these can now be placed online, making the transfer of such files easier. Other additions are a news area which will, in the future, contain news of Varispeed's achievements and exciting new product information, as well as a training area which will include VSD training modules covering various aspects of this and associated technology which will be updated periodically.
The timing of the new website coincides with the release of the new Yaskawa V1000 variable speed drive and the up-coming J1000, both of which are expected to be well received in the market.
