Test and calibration gases are now available from Sperosens to accommodate this niche in the gas detection industry. The gases facilitate the onsite functional testing and calibration of gas instruments such as portable and fixed gas detectors. These types of gases have various features and applications.
Features include:
* Supplied in Maxi Spancan (A110) disposable aluminium cylinders with fill pressure rated 1000 psi and volume 100 litres at 0°C (up to 110 l at higher ambient temperature).
* Gas regulator minimises the gas mixture wastage from the cylinder.
* Maximum inlet pressure of 68 bar (1000 psig).
* Flow rate between 0,1 to 3,0 l/min from the regulator (higher range options available).
* Excellent repeatability of sensor response with gas mixtures for calibration of safety and personal monitors.
The Maxi Spancan mixtures that are available are ammonia, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, hydrogen, methane, multimix hydrocarbons, and nitrogen.
