Locally manufactured vibration monitoring and protection

IQ Instruments now offers a completely locally manufactured vibration monitoring solution for predictive maintenance and/or catastrophic failure.

The model 2300 and 2400 are loop powered 4-20 mA vibration transmitters. The IQ4 digital indicator features an integral 24 V power supply for 4-20 mA transmitters. Together they comprise a complete standalone solution incorporating indication, alarm and trip relays with gold flashed contacts, open loop fault monitoring, and user programmable time delays for startup and nuisance trip.

An isolated 4-20 mA retransmission output is optional.

IQ Instruments also manufactures products for bearing temperature monitoring which may be used alongside the vibration monitors. These can be thermocouple or Pt100 and include 4~20 mA transmitters and standalone digital indicators.
