Predictive maintenance to pinpoint impending problems
September 2006Maintenance, Test & Measurement, Calibration
Fluke's new Ti40/Ti50 IR FlexCam Series, featuring the innovative IR-Fusion technology, pinpoints impending problems and helps identify suspect components for more effective predictive maintenance. IR-Fusion technology allows maintenance personnel to see exactly what is being viewed by linking a visible light image to the thermal image.
The Ti40/Ti50 IR FlexCams claims the industry's largest high-resolution images (up to 127 mm) on offer and an articulated 180° lens for a clear reading in virtually every position. Its thermal sensitivity range (down to 0,05 f) reveals subtle temperature differences. The AutoCapture feature also allows the capture of images where a temperature limit is exceeded.
Other features include:
* A choice of 160 x 120 or 320 x 240 detector sizes.
* Fully radiometric, with image plus measurement data for performing detailed analysis.
* IP54 rated for industrial use.
* Measures up to 600°C (1200°C option available).
* Complete solution with SmartView which is full reporting and analysis software.
