Five different master cable connection concepts for M12 sensor-actuator boxes from Phoenix Contact can now be fully implemented for distributors with M8 slots. Distributors are available with preassembled master cables in lengths of five or 10 metres. They can also be individually customised to suit specific applications, with cable lengths from 0,5 m to 50 m, in 0,5 m steps.
If quick replaceability or detachment is required for assembly and transport, distributors with pluggable M16 or M12 connectors can be employed. Boxes with pluggable screw connections or spring cage terminal blocks can be used for convenient, on-site assembly of distributors. Both distributor types also provide the system with universal pluggability.
The distributors are available with a choice of four, six, eight or 10 slots. The boxes meet the requirements of protection categories IP65/67 and, thanks to their fully moulded design, are well suited for use in harsh industrial environments.
