New generation industrial process gauges

Rhomberg/Winters has designed (and is offering) its new generation industrial process gauge with added features to suit most industrial applications where high accuracy and durability is required.
The new gauge is retro-fillable (glycerine/silicon), totally repairable and the high impact movement protects against entanglement of the hairspring in the pinion and segment - the most common cause of failure. Unique features include:
* Full stainless steel gauge, with welded socket for extra strength.
* The welded system design eliminates potential leaks at the socket and case connection.
* New design movement allows full calibration from the front of the gauge by removing only the bezel, dial and lens.
* Micro adjust pointer allows for easy calibration reset.
* New design Slimline case and bezel allows for installation in confined spaces.
* Four socket spanner flats for easy installation.
* Indentations included in the case design maximises case strength.
* Hi-impact, UV resistant polycarbonate lens for extra safety.
* Safety blow out plug fitted to the rear of the case.
* Flat dial for easier scale reading.
* Over and under load internal stops that prevents the segment from derailing, when the gauge is subjected to excessive pressures.
* Accuracy: 1,0% FSD.
* Approvals: SABS 1062-1985, SABS ISO9001-2000, SANAS.
Future benefits include:
* Manocont/dampened movement provide virtual liquid filled performance from a dry gauge. This addition addresses the needs of the vast majority of customers who are interested in a steady pointer and longer life in tough applications - vibration/flutter free.
* Lever type, ventable filler plug for case pressure build up release.
