Handheld calibrator with built-in RS232 interface

The Memocal 2000 handheld calibrator from Ero Electronic has a built-in RS232 interface, features a very low temperature drift (0,1 µV/°C) with an accuracy of 0,014% of the span. The instrument is powered by standard AA size batteries, which can be standard, alkaline, Ni-Cd or Ni-MH and with up to 24 hours of battery life, makes it a truly portable device.

Other features that make this calibrator very useful include:

* RS485 converter.

* Autoranging during measurement and generation.

* Square root extraction and the ability to generate quadratic signals.

* Built-in 24 V d.c. power supply for two, three or four-wire transmitters.

* Programmable external cold junction compensation value.

* Peak and valley data hold.

* Direct connection of all input types - with no special connectors required for TC inputs.

* Programs up to 50 steps long may be entered.

* Ramp, soak and step function capabilities.

* Two dry-contact logic inputs for program run/wait selection.

* An alphanumeric LCD display with two rows, 16 characters long.
