Feature-rich process indicator

Ditel incorporate the new PICA100-P to its wide range of products. This 1/32 DIN-sized instrument has four red LED digits, 8 mm high, and is designed for measuring process signals in the range 0 to 10 V, 0 to 20 mA and 4 to 20 mA with power supply for the transducer incorporated (24 V @ 30 mA). The output is easily scalable in engineering units, by programming via keyboard or field signal.

Volt and millivolt signals measurement is included: 0 to 60 V d.c. (for voltage measurements like batteries of 12, 24, 48 V). From 0 to 100 mV - suitable for connections with shunts of 50, 60 or 100 mV that allows measurements of current intensities up to ±2000 A.

Two supply ranges makes it useful for a wide range of industrial applications:

* PICA 100-P: 85 265 V a.c./100 V to 300 V d.c.

* PICA100-P6: 21 to 53 V a.c./10,5 to 70 V d.c.

Two 5 A relays output are standard, this allows the instrument to both measure and control, regulate and detect alarms for the mentioned signals.

The RS4P Communication option permits integration within a measurement system, providing information via its Modbus-RTU protocol.

The device measures 48 x 24 x 100 mm and offers four levels of brightness in order to adapt it to the environment. Configuration may be set up via its three keys located below the front panel or via PC using the software freely available from www.ditel.es. The IP65 Front panel is suitable for harsh environments with exposure to dust, humidity and liquid splashes.

The PICA100-P is also suitable for maritime applications - especially the measurement and control of batteries or tanks of irregular shape, thanks to the linearisation facility.
