IFM Electronic's PK pressure sensors incorporate a new stainless steel measuring cell, welded without a sealing ring, feature high-pressure peak resistance and are resistant to aggressive material.

The PK pressure sensors have a minimum bursting pressure range for gases and liquids up to 160 MPa. Radial setting rings with a unit scale allow optimum reading and enable the user to adjust the setpoint and reset point quickly and precisely, without system pressure being applied.

A mechanical locking function eliminates unauthorised use, while two LEDs indicate the switching and operating status. Meeting IP65 requirements, the sensors are resistant to vibration and shock and operate at 50-million pressure cycles/min at nominal pressure.

This high-performance range of pressure sensors, ranging from 1 to 40 MPa versions, are competitively priced, making them a real alternative to mechanical pressure switches.
