Water activated repair for pipes

E-WARP is a fibreglass cloth, pre-impregnated with a resin that can be activated by salt or fresh water, packaged in an hermetically sealed foil pouch, it is ready to use and does not require any measuring or mixing. This system when used with the appropriate primary patch enables one to repair almost any diameter pipe in minutes, while saving in parts and labour.

With an initial setting time of 30 minutes, it is a suitable solution for reducing downtime. E-WARP can be used on copper, steel, SS PVC, FRP, clay, concrete and rubber. The product is safe to use, non-toxic, non-combustible, and odourless. The repair restores the pipe to its original PSI rating, and can actually make the repair area stronger than the original pipe. Applications include:

* Emergency repairs.

* Underwater repairs.

* Corrosion protection.

* Reinforcement of corroded or damaged pipes.

* Force mains and gravity lines.

* Riser repairs.

* Joint and tee repairs.

* Irregularly shaped repairs.

* Repairs pipes from 12,5 mm to 1,37 m.
