Monitoring mounting applications

Sensors & Transducers
The high performance Dualis 2D contour verification sensor monitors contours and positions, ensuring that mounting applications conform to exact requirements. Dualis contour sensor provides simultaneous recognition of up to 32 different contours.
Simple menu guidance means that the sensor to be configured to the application in only a few operating steps. Parameter setting is easy, and if required, the user can make individual settings. Measuring 42 x 42 x 43 mm, the compact sensor is suitable in cases where mounting space is limited. Its industry standard mounting and wiring technology allows easy and time saving connection to the process.
Integrated, ultra flat, backlights are available for transmitted light applications and can be operated in 'normal light intensity' mode or 'high light intensity' mode. These backlights, with a height of only 9,2 mm, together with their second operating mode, provide four times more light, reducing exposure time by 75 to 80%. Dualis has an IP 65 housing, a maximum 10 Hz detection rate, and a maximum 1 m/s motion speed. The Dualis 2D data matrix code reader is also available to read data matrix codes in accordance with ECC200.
