The ACM 500 conductivity sensor, with stainless steel connecting head, is a compact system designed for measurement of inductive conductivity. Its small and compact design allows installation in pipelines sized DN 40 or 1,5" and higher. With its optimised flow geometry and short response time, it is particularly suitable for applications in the field of product separation (eg, beer - beer), phase separation of cleaning agents and shortening the transition phase of CIP systems. The HWM 500 welded hygienic process sleeve ensures hygienic installation.
Solids and entrained gas have limited effect on measurement results, and the sensor offers accurate performance, even at low flow rates, it is suitable for chemical processes, the production of fertilisers, plastics and batching processes.
