Pressure transducers for hazardous areas

Gefran TSA/XSA and TPSA/XPSA transducers cover pressure ranges from 0-200 kPa to 0-1 MPa and make use of innovative technology for their measurement elements. The flexibility of configuration during their manufacturing allows these transducers to have different output signals (0,1 to 10, 1 V d.c. 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 10 V d.c. 0,1 to 5, 1 V d.c. 1 to 10 V d.c. and other on demand) and process connections.
Their heavy-duty mechanical construction makes the new pressure transducers tolerant during installation and reliable under harsh conditions. Approval certification is CESA 04 ATEX 075 for Eex ia IIC T5 and Eex ia IIC T6. The robust probe is accurate to within 0,15% linearity+hysteresis - making it suitable for many critical applications. Gefran provides a large variety of sensors covering a wide pressure range especially designed to satisfy specific application requirements.
The TPHA pressure probe is available for pressure fitting of up to 500 MPa. This sensor has an 'autoclave'-type connection and is typically used in water cutting machines for sheet metal and in autoclaves. The TKF/TKG models are used in airconditioning and industrial refrigeration applications. These cost-effective units offer pressure ranges from -100 kPa to +100 kPa to 0-50 Mpa. The TPF series finds its most important applications with high viscosity fluids and is therefore typically used in the food and chemical industry as well as in plastic processing of up to 120°C.
