DAQ board for LVDT and half-bridge transducers

Addi-data has now officially released its new APCI-3701 data acquisition board for LVDT and half-bridge transducers.

Addi-data boards are designed to be rugged and 'blow-up proof' for reliable operation in rough industrial environments. They feature optical isolation on all inputs and outputs, short circuit protection, built-in surge suppression, input filters, and preset safe output states on computer start-up.

The APCI 3701 is designed for connection of 8 or 16 inductive displacement transducers and is calibrated to be connected to a broad selection of industrial transducer types, eg, Horst Knäbel, Solarton, Tesa, Marposs, Schlumberger, Peter & Hirth, Mahr, RDP, Schaevitz, SMPR Controle. Other transducer types can be calibrated on request.

Up to 16 different types of transducers can be connected to a single board. A free calibration software tool makes it possible to calibrate inputs without changing hardware components. The card is delivered with software drivers for Windows XP/2000/NT/98, Realtime drivers for Windows XP/2000/NT/98, with Samples for Microsoft Visual C++ 5.0 and Borland C++ 5.01 and ADDIPACK (a common configuration program and API function library applicable to most Addi-data cards).
