Ellison Sensors International is the manufacturer and developer of the efficient PR3202, which is an ultra low-range differential pressure transmitter.
This pressure transmitter is a two-wire with an output of 4 to 20 mA. Incorporating the latest capacitive sensing technology - and the latest strain technology, depending on the pressure range of choice. Both these sensors are temperature compensated for high stability at very low pressure.
The PR3202 is housed in a RFI shielded wall mounted box, which facilitates operation at very low pressures by minimising noise on this signal. This in turn makes the device sufficiently robust and flexible for many industrial applications.
Flow measurement with pilot tubes, orifice plates and mass flow meters, static pressure measurement, control in combustion chambers and clean rooms, or any application on air or gas that requires reliable ultra low differential pressure measurement are some of the applications that can benefit from using the Ellison PR3202.
The electrical connection is done via PG7 cable gland, which comes with an option for M20 conduit fitting. Removing the front cover for simple, on-site, adjustment offers easy access to zero and span adjustment. The pressure connection is via 4 mm I/D hose connections. The ranges that are available are from 0-10 pa (0-0,1 mBar) to 0-1000 mBar, in either DP or gauge reference.
