Hegwein has been manufacturing compact igniters with built-in ignition transformers and flame ionisation electrodes for over 50 years. All components are contained in a single metal housing and electrical connection occurs via a multipole plug connection.
The new range of light oil and dual fuel igniters, with guaranteed electromagnetic compatibility, do not require a high voltage cable to be laid on site and offer enclosure ratings of IP54 as standard and IP65 as special versions. All models feature a compact, rugged and low maintenance design with sizes ranging from 160 kW to 3,6 MW. The igniters feature a tight and long pilot flame - eliminating the need for automatic retraction systems. Tube lengths are provided according to customer requirements and are available in 10 mm increments. Hegwein is represented locally by OEN Enterprises.
