Massamatic is a large independent manufacturer of industrial weighing equipment in the Western Cape and supplies its products and services to industry and agriculture nation-wide. Products designed and manufactured by Massamatic include weighing indicators, platform scales, weighbridges, belt scales, weigh feeders tank and hopper scales, automated batching systems and bag packers.
In addition to the above-mentioned products, Massamatic also supplies high-quality loadcells manufactured by HBM, Germany. Many of the products are available ex-stock, most of them in stainless-steel. Possible applications include weighbridges, platform scales, vesselweighing, hopper scales, automatic filling machines, etc. High-accuracy loadcells, including explosion-proof automatic filling machines, etc. High-accuracy loadcells, including explosion-proof (Exi-approved) versions, can be supplied where performance and safety are critical.
To facilitate its use, Massamatic can supply a wide range of mounting hardware which has been specially engineered to quarantee optimum performance from the loadcells. Technical advice and literature - as well as the services of the company's experienced personnel, are available to assist its clients with its loadcell applications.
In many cases, Massamatic is able to provide a complete solution to a client's needs by supplying other accessories such as amplifiers, digital indicators, special loadcell cable, junction boxes, over voltage protection, etc.
A wide selection of loadcells types and capacities are kept ex-stock in Cape Town. Other models and options are usually available from the factory in Germany within 2-3 weeks or less.
