Mini overvoltage protection modules for use in tight spots

Surge Technology's locally manufactured Dehn Mini modules are designed for installation where space is limited. A compact version of the standard Blitzductor, the modules are suitable for use in power circuits and telecommunication systems.
The mini modules are available in three mounting types: as a plug-in type for PC boards; a module which can be soldered onto PC boards; and a type which is wired directly into the electronic equipment.
Another popular design is the plug-in module with a base plate that clips into standard top hat or G-type DIN rails. Various types include a single base plate for two-wire systems, 5-way for 10 lines.
Frequency handling up to 1 MHz, 30 MHz and 50 MHz is provided allowing the modules to be used on virtually all computer data systems, even those operating at extremely high frequencies. Both coaxial and twin axial data lines can be protected.
Voltage ranges are standard from 8 to 24 V, however, higher voltages of up to 42 V are available on request. A range of Dehn Mini modules is specifically designed for power supply systems of 220 V, 10 A is also available.
