Omron's W-series of servo systems is designed to provide superior motion control for both the speed and position a machine's moving parts. Based around of a 32-bit RISC processor, each servo system features fast current and speed regulation and an on-line auto-tuning function. This constantly adapts the control parameters to changing load conditions during operation to provide high dynamic performance. With these features, Omron's servo systems meet the demanding requirements of precision industrial applications, including packaging systems, tool making machines, semiconductor pick-and-place installations and PCB drilling machines and routers.
The W-series allows the clients to choose from a comprehensive range of servo motors, from 230 V single- and three-phase to 400 V three-phase; from 1000 to 6000 rpm with in power ratings from 30 W to 15 kW. Omron also offers a wide range of power cables, drivers and filters for optimum operation. All W-series models conform to CE, UL, cUL and other standards for international use.
