Rense humidity and temperature sensors are available from Instrotech and are suitable for a wide range of applications such as food processing and storage, energy management HVAC, clean rooms, warehouses, paper and textile.
The miniature wall-mount model 734 continuously measures relative humidity and ambient temperature. A dual analog output signal (4 to 20 mA passive) is scaled proportionally to relative humidity and temperature. Standard scaled ranges are 0-100% RH and 0-100°C.
The two-wire dual output requires a current loop supply of 8-30 V d.c. Standard accuracies are ±2% on RH and 0,3°C on temperature. Temperature measurement is carried out via a PT100 and PT1000, available on request.
The thin film polymer capacitive sensor is immune to most reagent vapours. Included on the sensor head is a Teflon filter for use in dusty environments and can be supplied with a weather protection cap for Meteo applications (optional).
Instrotech also supplies a locally manufactured digital indicator that can provide a dual loop supply and input for indication of the RH and temperature. This enables indication of RH and temperature at a push of a button. Options available on the indicator include alarms/relays, retransmission and RS232 or RS485.
