Rhomberg has a laboratory accredited by the South African National Accreditation System (SANAS) for pressure and vacuum. The laboratory complies with the requirements of ISO 17025 whereby all calibrations performed are traceable to national and international standards.

Due to the implementation of quality systems installed by the industry, having to comply with ISO 9000 requirements it is a requirement provide traceable calibrations. With this in mind Rhomberg now offers a calibration and repair service with facilities to provide a quick turnaround time of 1-2 days upon receipt of the instruments at the same time upholding a high standard of workmanship.

As one of the largest manufacturers in Africa, the repair and calibration service complements the marketing of new and replacement gauges and instrumentation. In addition an on-site service is offered to the industry where speedy turnaround time is imperative.

The calibration facility encompasses but is not limited to the following:

* Test gauges to an accuracy of 0,10% full scale.

* Pressures ranging from 1250 Pa to 1200 MPa.

* Up to 330 MPa for standard calibration.

* Best measurement capabilities of 0,05%.

* On site calibration up to 60 MPa.

* Oil free calibrations where required.

* Service excellence.

* Temperature calibration from -20°C.
