The Durban branch of the SAIMC held a very successful golf day at the Amanzimtoti Golf Club on 21 June. With 23 four balls the field was competitive and challenging.

Unlike the previous few years, the wind left us alone and the day epitomised one of the best balmy winter days that Durban has to offer – warm, sunny and very chilled. As everybody agreed, ‘this sure beats a day in the office!’ Having declared the day’s golfing a success, the players proceeded to the prize giving and relaxed over a few beers and a delicious supper in the club house.
