Jumo’s tecLine HD sensor family

The latest variant in Jumo’s tecLine HD range of sensors has a pinhole diaphragm, specifically designed for processes with high solids content.

The tecLine HD sensor family measures pH, pH and temperature, and redox potential, and is designed for tough measuring conditions where sensors are subjected to increased wear. In the existing series, an extensive PTFE ring diaphragm with an optimised structure ensured a quick response time, while simultaneously being impervious to greater pollution loads or oily/fatty process water and wastewater.

The latest variant with the pinhole diaphragm provides the ideal solution for processes with a very high solid content, such as wastewater with sand particles, suspensions and precipitation/ crystallisation reactions. Typical applications are in the process industry.

All the sensors in the tecLine series are designed to withstand extreme process conditions, such as temperatures up to 110°C (ring diaphragm) or 135°C (pinhole), and pressures up to 13 bar.
