Dynamic coal flow sensor

EDIT’S new intelligent microwave Dynamic Flow coal flow sensor is specially designed to detect solids flow in pneumatic pipes or in free fall. It detects product flow in real time with accuracy and reliability. The Dynamic Flow optimises the process and guarantees continuity of flow. It improves performance, stabilises the quantity produced, optimises the material consumed and reduces downtime. It also monitors variations in running speed, material, particle size and temperature. Easily installed, the sensor provides continuous in-line measurement. It is contact-free and has a robust design suited to rugged environments.
Unlike other coal flow sensors, Dynamic Flow takes into account the Doppler Effect, playing the role of a particle and interpreting the signal in order that each flash is the same size. A microwave frequency is emitted into the pipe perpendicular to the flow of material to be measured. Each moving particle passing the magnetic field creates a flash by reflecting a flash energy. Dynamic Flow is specially developed for bulk industries and all types of closed pipes and for flow detection from several kg to tons per hour for bulk industries.
