OMSA joins the BMG stable
July 2012
News
The Omsa Group has announced that it is joining the BMG Group of companies, while retaining its own identity and premises in Randburg. Recent negotiations between the two organisations led to the acquisition of Omsa by BMG, enabling the Omsa Group to expand its footprint throughout South Africa.
Siegfried Errath, managing director of Omsa said, “The synergy between Omsa and BMG is obvious, we share the same business ethics and philosophies as well as a desire to increase market share and customer satisfaction. This alliance will have a positive impact upon our team at Omsa, as the financial capital that will become available to us will assist the group’s continued growth offering greater job security to our staff.”
BMG’s Charles Walters and Siegried Errath of Omsa sign the agreement.
Marco Errath, marketing director of Omsa added, “This alliance does not change the Omsa ethos of service excellence through quality product and technology offerings, technical support, customer satisfaction and competitive pricing. Essentially the show goes on at Omsa with added value through access to capital, additional and larger field services expertise, as well as an entry into sectors where we have not previously been represented.”
The OMSA Group is known for its range of quality valves, superior process instrumentation offerings, filters, bulk filtration and lubrication systems, as well as its design, manufacturing and installation capabilities, backed up by a proactive field services team. The company is represented in Durban, Lydenburg, Rustenburg, Posmasburg, Klerksdorp, Richards Bay, Port Elizabeth, Witbank, Phalaborwa, Namibia and Zambia.
