The SAIMC will participate in Electra Mining Africa 2026, taking place from 7 to 11 September 2026 at the Johannesburg Expo Centre in Nasrec, Johannesburg. The exhibition will be open daily from 09:00 to 17:00.
Visitors to the event will be able to engage with the SAIMC team at its stand in Hall 10, Stand B9, which will showcase its activities and initiatives aimed at advancing the instrumentation, measurement, control and automation profession in southern Africa.
SAIMC’s presence at the exhibition will offer members, prospective members, students and industry stakeholders an opportunity to learn more about the institute’s programmes, professional development activities, and its role in supporting the automation community.
Electra Mining Africa is recognised as one of the region’s largest exhibitions serving the mining, electrical, automation and manufacturing sectors. The event provides a platform for industry professionals, suppliers, technology providers and end users to explore the latest developments in industrial technology and automation.
Registration for Electra Mining Africa 2026 is available online, with free visitor entry offered to registered attendees.
