Bring critical temperature data to your condition monitoring system

February 2024 Fieldbus & Industrial Networking

Data conversion just got easier. Turck Banner converters are compact, simple add-ons that seamlessly fit into your factory applications. Take various types of signals such as discrete, analogue and many others, and convert them to protocols like IO-link, PICK-IQ, PWM/PFM, and Modbus. You can also represent analogue signals digitally with the S15C Pulse Pro converters.

Turck Banner’s new S15C dual thermistor temperature probe with Modbus interface is an easy way to measure two temperatures on a machine, or monitor the temperature differential in a process, then deliver that data to a Modbus system. It combines two thermistor temperature probes, which are accurate and cost-effective sensors for measuring temperatures in various applications, with the ability to bring that temperature data into a Modbus system via an S15C Modbus converter. The compact converter uses a standard M12 quick-disconnect connector for easy integration into a system. With an IP65, IP67 and IP68 rated over moulded design, the S15C converter is ideal for many challenging environments. Power and Modbus statuses are easily viewed via a green LED indicator for power on/off and an amber LED for Modbus communication.
