The differentiation between media plays an important role, especially in the food industry. Cleaning agents, rinsing water and food products located in process pipes have different conductivity values and can therefore be easily and reliably detected. The LDL 100 conductivity sensor from ifm electroninc makes product validation possible at all times, meaning quick and reliable differentiation between the cleaning media, which leads to a reduction in wasted product and rinsing water. Enhanced functions are also available, such as simulation.
The ability to differentiate between products is now available in an out-of-the-box solution.
