SAIMC Secunda Branch news

March 2001 SAIMC

We hosted an educational evening on 20 February. Once again it turned out to be one massive success. André Venter from CCS sponsored the evening and brought out Winston Weinright from the mother company in the UK to educate our members on the snap action principle used in pressure switches. With a turnout of 39 attendees we almost ran out of chairs.

The chairman congratulated Bart van Vuuren (right), who has attended every meeting and function presented by the branch from day one. Bart received one of the new SAIMC ties in appreciation of his dedication

Organisation of the Golf Day in May is progressing very well and details will be made available soon. Members from other branches are invited to attend our branch meetings. See the SAIMC website for dates.
