Brad Harrison nano-change connectors offer a wide array of solutions for connectivity design, and their rugged, compact form factor provides the designer with space saving solutions. All nano-change connectors are engineered for use in industrial applications where space is limited and rugged performance is required.
The range includes front panel mount receptacles, single-ended, double-ended and LED cordsets, field-wire attachables, splitters, mPm jumpers and MPIS moulded junction boxes. Their compact design provides space savings in areas where high I/O densities are required and gold-plated brass contacts provide a durable, consistent low-resistance path.
PVC-jacketed cable provides cordsets with high resistance to common industrial fluids, while PUR-jacketed cable cordsets provide protection in severe flexing applications or where chemical resistance is required. The use of SJTO cable permits the connectors to be used where good weld splatter resistance is required.
Their PBT moulded connector head, with nickel-plated brass coupling nuts, provides 'connector to insert' integrity even when exposed to some of the harshest chemical and corrosive environments. Environmental protection ranges from IP65 on the snap nano-change configurations to IP67 on coupling nut configurations.
Available in 3-5pin configurations, nano-change connectors provide quick and easy connection of proximity switches, photoelectric sensors, Hall-effect switches and reed switches. They are suitable for use in common industrial applications such as robotic end-arm tooling and material handling. Brad Harrison is represented locally by Shorrock Automation.
